Conditions of Entry
The exhibition is open to photographers from all over the world.
Entrants must own copyright of all submitted images. By virtue of submitting an entry, the entrant certifies the work as his own and permits the sponsors to reproduce all or part of the entered material free of charge for publication and /or display in media related to the exhibition. The exhibition assumes no liability for any misuse of copyright by the entrant.
Subject is free. It is forbidden to submit similar prints in the different categories.
Four categories:
- Monochrome Print
- Journalism — genre, documentary photos, no computer technologies, only prints.
- Color Print
- Digital Photographs
Awards: 12 FIAP medals — 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze in each category and section; 12 Berega medals — 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze in each category and section; FIAP mentions; a special prize in honor of E.Kashirin — for best classical photo. a special prize in honor of S.Javorsky — for best nude photo
A maximum of 4 photographs per author may be submitted to each category.
Prints should not exceed 30 x 40 cm including mount. Minimum 20x30 cm. The mount must not be thicker than 1mm. Each entry must show — author's name, title and number as in the entry form.
Electronic Images must be submitted on CD. Please, do not send images by email. Images must be submitted in JPEG format, sRGB, maximum image size 3000 pixels long side. The digital files should be named as follows: ISO 3166 country code — Authors Initial — Image Number — Title. Name of a file must not exceed 47 characters.

CD's will not be returned and will be destroyed after the competition.
Entry Fee: $15 or €12 per author for one category, $5 or €4 for each additional category.

Maximum weight of packages not to exceed 2 kilos. Entries should be sent with customs labels stating - ‘Photographs for exhibition only' ‘To be returned to sender' ‘ NO COMMERCIAL VALUE'
The organizers will take all possible care but cannot accept liability for damage to or loss of entries. Submission of entries implies acceptance of these conditions.
Catalogue will be sent to all entrants.
